It is my goal to be a full service Real Estate Professional in all the areas of Real Estate. I have been licensed in the State of Florida since 2000, and have specialized in REO (Real Estate Owned) properties since 2001. Previously, I was licensed in the state of Georgia and obtained my Real Estate license in 1982. My experience has been in the Real Estate business for over 20 years.

I found REO to be a great challenge which I decided to undertake and found it to be suited to my drive and personality. Our company completes over 60 BPO's (broker price opinions) a month, with monthly marketing reports, in a timely manner. We consistently meet our goals and deliver a high level of job performance.

Since the first of January 2009, I have closed 34 of my 34 listings, 12 of which I was the listing and selling agent. I have my own website that has grown very fast over the last 9 years. With the Company name we are at the top of the Google search. I receive over 20 requests for information on my personal listings daily through my website and have made many out of state sales to investors looking for foreclosed properties.
