I began investing is real estate over 20 years ago. First as a real estate investor and continuing today as a real estate broker associate, I make it a point to maintain an extensive knowledge of the local real estate environment. I do this by keeping up with the ever changing market trends on a daily basis this includes, changes in local property values, inventory availability, keeping up with the latest home mortgage rates and being familiar with existing and upcoming neighborhoods. I currently hold a Florida license as a real estate broker and a registered residential contractor, building & marketing both speculative and custom homes for Samuel Stevens & Associates.
